My shift into UX/UI design is driven by a passion for creating user-centered experiences. Over the years, I’ve built strong foundations in problem solving, discipline, and attention to detail through my martial arts training and time in real estate. After teaching martial arts for over a decade, I realized that while helping others grow is incredibly rewarding, I was eager to tap into my creative side in a more dynamic way.

You may have seen my tagline, "Product designer by day, gamer by night – shaping experiences in both worlds." It reflects my unique journey from real estate and martial arts into UX/UI design. My background is a strength in this field, combining my ability to strategize, empathize, and think creatively. Martial arts taught me patience and persistence, while my real estate experience sharpened my skills in understanding client needs and solving complex challenges.

UX/UI design offers the perfect blend of creativity and strategy. It allows me to create products that improve people's everyday lives, and I love the balance of technical problem solving and artistic expression. Gaming also plays a big role in my design approach, as it inspires me to create engaging, intuitive user experiences.

Outside of design and martial arts, you’ll find me snowboarding, a hobby I recently took up to push myself outside my comfort zone, just as I do in my design work. And, of course, my dog Sparky is always by my side, making every adventure better.
